Q1: Payment?

We accept 30% of total amount as deposit before produce and 70% balance before shipment.

Q2:If we don’t find what we are looking for on your website, how we do ?

You can contact us the descriptions ,pictures ,numbers of truck parts that you need, we will check whether we have them .we also accept the customized products or processing according to your  sample or designing.

Q3:Can we buy 1 pc of truck parts for quality testing?

Yes, we are glad to send 1pc as sample for quality testing if we have the needed truck parts in stock. But we suggest you try a trail order to test the quality, it’s more worthy. And you have to pay for the sample cost and it can be refund in next formal order.

Q4: How about the packing?

For small quantity, we suggest you packing with neutral packing or our JDAC packings.

For the bulk , of course you can pack with your own design.

Q5: How long for delivery time after pay deposit?

Usually 10-20 days for the bulk.

Q6:How about the warranty?

We usually promise you 1 year.
